As with any authorized retailer of Vionic shoes, you may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase if the original purchase was made on vionicshoes.com. When you purchase from our website returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.

Holiday Extended Returns

All Gift Purchases made on vionicshoes.com between November 1, 2024 through December 25, 2024 can be returned until January 31, 2025.

FREE to drop off your return/exchange

  1. Start your FREE return here and choose the “Return Bar” option.
  2. Receive a QR code via email for no-contact drop off.
  3. Drop off your shoes in their original shoe box at your closest Happy Returns Return Bar.
    No shipping box or label needed.
  4. Your refund/exchange will be initiated immediately.
    Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
  5. Your shoes are then shipped back to our warehouses in reusable packaging for a more sustainable process from start to finish.

$7 fee to mail your return using our pre-printed label

  1. Start your return here and choose the “Mail” option. A fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Print the pre-paid shipping label and attach to a shipping box.
    Make sure to remove any other labels from box.
  3. Mail your shoes back via UPS location within 30 days.
  4. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing.
  5. Be sure to use only our pre-paid return labels so we can track your return. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.

Final sale items are not eligible for return. Vionic Shoes is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Did you receive your order as a gift from vionicshoes.com?

Our hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

You can either: exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size; color, or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at vionicshoes.com.
Each item on an order is limited to one exchange.
The purchase of e-gift cards cannot be returned.

FAQs

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once we have received your shoes back in our warehouse, it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

where do i drop off my package for a return or exchange?

Our returns website returns.vionicshoes.com gives customers the option of dropping their returned purchase off at FedEx or any of our Return Bars.

DID YOU PURCHASE FROM ONE OF OUR AUTHORIZED RETAILERS?

If you purchased from a Vionic authorized retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy.

Important info on unauthorized retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorized to sell on Amazon, many are not. Vionic does NOT offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorized dealers.

Vionic does NOT authorize any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Vionic does not offer any refunds or credits for Vionic products purchased on eBay.
